COVID-19 Safe Plan
Additional measures to keep you safe and secure in knowing Taylor & Co Medispa is COVID 19 ready to look after you and your wellbeing.
As a private clinic, Taylor & Co Medispa has developed procedures to protect the health and safety of our clients by following the Australian Government’s advice to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Clients will be required to have their temperature taken by the infrared thermometer on arrival.
Clients exhibiting the following symptoms are asked not to present to Taylor & Co Medispa
Elevated Temperature (at least 38 degrees C)
Shortness of breath
Cough
Diarrhoea, vomiting, cold-like symptoms outlined above
Clients will need to provide their full contact details, including home address as part of the Covid-19 record keeping requirements. Please come to appointments alone.
Clients will be instructed to hand sanitise hands and wear PPE in the form of a mask and or gloves if necessary, to their treatment when they arrive in the clinic.
Clients can sanitise hands with ASI 70% Ethanol hand sanitiser, which is available in the bathroom, in the treatment room.
The beauty therapist will wash & sanitise hands before and after every client they treat.
The beauty therapist will wear fresh PPE in the form of a mask and gloves.
After treating EVERY patient 70% alcohol wipes and hospital-grade disinfectant to wipe down, to disinfect the treatment room, all surfaces, devices, products, benchtops, beds, door handles, etc
Treatment beds and contactable surfaces such as door handles sanitised with 99.9% alcohol disinfectant spray after every client.
Contact during the point of sale equipment such as Ipads will be kept to a minimum and sanitised with 99.9% alcohol disinfectant after each client.
All microdermabrasion heads and reusable Instruments are wrapped and sterilised in our Medical Cominox S Class Autoclave. Sealed sterilised heads are opened and displayed in front of each client as always.
Fresh, clean linen (washed in hot water between 60-70 degrees) changed after every treatment as always.
