After your HIFU Treatment, you may see some initial effect, but the ultimate results will take place over 3 to 4 months, as your body naturally regenerates collagen. Since the procedure stimulates your own collagen production, how long the results last really depends on you.
The majority of patients only need one treatment; however, some may benefit from more than one treatment, depending on how much skin laxity they have and their body’s own biological response to the ultrasound and the collagen-building process. Follow-up HIFU treatments each year may help maintain results.
HIFU results are permanent and will continue improving gradually for up to 6 months following the treatment. … After six months, as with any age-defying treatment, your skin will naturally continue to age but HIFU can give you fresher, younger-looking skin for approximately 12 to 24 months after your treatment.
A good candidate for HIFU is someone with some degree of laxity, to the point of looking, and often feeling, less firm. Loose skin under the neck and under the chin, or lines and wrinkles on the chest, are signals a patient might be a candidate. Typically, those in their 30s and older who have mild to moderate skin laxity are candidates. While HIFU is not a replacement for a surgical facelift, there are many people who want some facial, neck and body lifting but are not ready for surgery, whether mentally, physically, or financially. There also are younger people who want to “stay ahead of the game,” as well as patients wanting an aesthetic maintenance option.
HIFU patients report a prickly tingling sensation, Dull toothache or warmth on the skin. However, there can be a sensation of pinpricks and heat, this is only felt during the treatment and does not continue when the client leaves. Some clients do feel uncomfortable, although this passes as the treatment goes on and you see your amazing results at the end.
The 3D is the full face/neck HIFU with a larger handel, The machine takes a little longer and is a little more uncomfortable if manufactured in 2019. The 4D 2020 HIFU is the full face/neck plus it has an attachment that goes close to the eye and around the lips. The 4D 2020 HIFU machine I have is the latest technology and is faster than my older 3D machine. I have had amazing results from both machines .The 5D HIFU is the same machine as the 4D but has a has extra handle for vagina rejuvenation. 5D is not designed for he face and body

There may be a slight redness that typically resolves within 24 hours following the treatment but rare. Some patients may have slight swelling, tingling, numbness or tenderness to the touch, but these are mild and temporary in nature.

Typically, you will see results after the first treatment. Lasting and more significant results will occur after 4 to 6 treatments, depending on what is being addressed. Your results may continue to improve for up to 24 months after a course of treatments when combined with the recommended post treatment care.
A Generally no, but you may experience facial redness for 12-48 hours after the treatment. Most people are able to return to normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. Application of a breathable camouflage, such as Cover Recover™, will seal the skin and cover any redness for an immediate return to work.
t is recommended to avoid having injectables and Dermapen procedures done within one month of one another; however, based on your healing time, a different recommendation may be made by your practitioner.
